Pick a plan by your fleet size.
Get every feature, every time.
Every account gets the full toolkit on day one — inspections, tickets, AI acknowledgment packets, DataQ, BASIC scoring. The only thing that changes between plans is how many trucks you're running.
Why bigger fleets pay more — straight up
Same features, different price by tier — that can look like "you have more trucks, so I charge you more." It isn't. Running a bigger fleet on the platform genuinely costs me more, and I'd rather show you the line items than dress it up.
More storage
Every driver, truck, and trailer has files — CDLs, medical cards, registrations, inspection PDFs, signed acknowledgment packets. Wasabi charges me by the gigabyte. 50 trucks holds ~5× the documents of 10.
More AI usage
Every acknowledgment packet burns OpenAI tokens. Every PDF scan does too. A bigger fleet writes more tickets, runs more inspections, sends more packets — the AI bill scales right with you.
More email volume
Expiration alerts, packet links, daily reminders. SMTP isn't free at volume. Big fleets fire off thousands of compliance emails a month.
More database + backups
Bigger queries, slower reports, bigger nightly backups to Wasabi. Postgres holds up beautifully, but the infrastructure tier and backup retention costs grow with row count.
More integration work
Bigger operations almost always need help with imports, custom exports, FMCSA snapshot edge cases. That's real human time I bake into the bigger tiers instead of nickel-and-diming.
More of my time
Onboarding a 50-truck fleet is a different job than onboarding 5. Bigger tiers include more setup, more responsiveness, more bandwidth for your team's questions.
Bottom line: the price scales with your fleet because the real cost does. Not because I can. You can verify any of this with me directly — happy to walk through the cost model on a call if it helps.
Everything in the box, regardless of size
We don't hide features behind tiers — compliance work is the same job whether you run 5 trucks or 500. You get the full system from day one.
Why our pricing is honest
No comparison charts to decode, no fine print, no salesman tricks.
No feature locks
Whether you pay $399 or $50,000 a year, the system is identical. The price just reflects fleet size, period.
No upsells later
You won't get an email asking you to upgrade to unlock something. New features ship to all tiers at the same time.
Built by someone who's been there
I worked the trucking-compliance side before building this. The price reflects what's fair for fleets, not what some VC dictates.
